www.ivgpolar.fi ja www.ivgpolar.fi/perhealbumi -SIVUJEN KÄYTTÖEHDOT
Näissä käyttöehdoissa määritellään IVG Polar Oy:n www – sivuston julkaistavan aineiston käyttöä koskevat ehdot sekä yksityisyyden suojaa koskevat periaatteemme. Yhtiöllä on oikeus päivittää näitä ehtoja ja muuttaa sivujen sisältöä ilman ennakkoilmoitusta.
Ehtoihin ja Internet-sivujemme käyttöön sovelletaan Suomen lainsäädäntöä.
Tekijänoikeudet, tavaramerkit ja muut immateriaalioikeudet
Sivujemme visuaalinen ilme ja sivuillamme julkaistava aineisto, kuten esimerkiksi kuvat, tekstit jaohjelmistot ovat IVG Polar Oy:n tai yhteistyökumppaneidemme tavaramerkkioikeuden, tekijänoikeuden ja/tai muiden immateriaalioikeuksien suojaamaa omaisuutta. Pidätämme kaikki oikeudet näillä sivuilla julkaistavaa aineistoon.
Sivujen osittainenkin julkaiseminen, siirtäminen, kopioiminen, uudelleen tuottaminen, varastointi, käyttäminen tai muu hyödyntäminen ilman IVG Polarin etukäteen antamaa nimenomaista kirjallista suostumusta on kielletty. Henkilötietojen käsittely ja yksityisyyden suoja
